It's so nice to hear from you

It's always nice to hear from our clients, particularly with regard to funeral flowers as it is such a difficult time.  We hope that our flowers make the day a little easier.  Here are a few emails we had last week.

"I just want to say thank you for the perfect coffin spray for my husband’s funeral. Daizy was recommended by Austin’s Funeral Directors who had a beautiful illustrated leaflet. There was absolutely no hassle for me. It was so easy to contact  Daizy on the phone and to talk to lovely Janice.  I had chosen the Osborne spray and wanted autumn colours. She described the possible flowers and foliage and adapted it all to my wishes. There was no hassle for me with the delivery as the  spray was delivered to Austin’s and placed on the coffin.  It was even more beautiful than I had anticipated."

"I just wanted to say a huge thanks on behalf of all the family for the lovely tribute wreath you created - without a brief:  it has hit the spot perfectly with thumbs up all round! I look forward to placing my Christmas order:  just wish I had somewhere to put a forty foot swag!"

"Just a short note for arranging the floral tributes for my Dad’s funeral this morning at Harwood Park.  Both the coffin spray and the wreath were fabulous.  Although it was necessarily a small gathering, everyone commented on the beautiful roses and their arrangement. As 12-time Royal National Rose Society champion, my Dad would definitely have approved!  Thank you again for helping to make the occasion dignified, fitting and beautiful."

"(via Austin's) The family have called to say thank you so much for everything they said it couldn’t have gone any better yesterday. They said the flowers were lovely  - so much so when the coffin turned up someone asked (the daughter)if it was hers she said "no not with those lovely flowers on it". She then realised it was her mum.
