Dionne and Paul – Cooling Castle Barn, Rochester, Kent
Dionne just loved planning her wedding and first asked us to design her wedding flowers in 2007! The original theme was very pink but this was modified over the course of consultations from hot pink to shades of pink with accents of the deeper colour. The bridal bouquet of palest pink peonies, ranunculas and mixed roses shimmered with Swarovski crystals on stems and was edged with organza leaf skeletons. The organza wrapped stems were fastened with Swarovski crystal hearts. The bridesmaids bouquets were of aqua and mixed pink roses and ranunculas.
The table centres were around a metre high, the stem of the vase being lit to make an impact in the lofty barn. Beams were wound with led lights, sparkle added to the foliage and crystals scattered on the table. A large centerpiece arrangement at the centre of the top table completed the reception decorations. A wonderful day, a stunning bride and a very happy couple!
